Welcome to the Forum. :thumb:

With regard to any kit my advice would be to follow the instructions to the letter ...

... but extend the time to 2 x 2 x 2 as an absolute minimum before even tasting it.

i.e. 2 weeks fermenting (in the warm and dark) + 2 weeks carbonating (in the warm and dark) + 2 weeks conditioning (somewhere cool and dark).

This is because most kits are "drinkable" within the time-frame recommended by the manufacturer but waiting a bit longer will usually improve the beer tremendously ...

... and waiting longer than the 2 + 2 + 2 will more often than not improve it even more. :thumb:

Welcome, dont listen to Dutto 😉 brew it till it ferments,a week in the warm and twenty minutes in the freezer, if its under carbed, undrinkable or tastes funny, just listen to Dutto next time.
Good luck, two can kits are much better, try a Festival or Youngs, they really are the top two types of kits,a lot of people go for Wherry but i wouldn't brew it again, not that it's bad but the other two are in another league

Welcome pal,
I've had a great time with the St. Peter's cream stout.
Look at my threads pal, I done it one one can at at a time, not two.
Experimented with adding extra sugars to get the FG, changed the yeast.
Finally dry hops and added lactose few days before bottling!! Pretty nice,...this kit is made to tweak and then some more!
One of the best kits I've tasted..
