Hi use to make wine @10 years ago, and got meself back into it. Have just set off a "tin" of rose yesterday, but I am really interested in making some "proper" home made stuff!!!!!
Just need some really easy recipes to follow, i've had a look on here and quite like the look of TURBO CIDER, and does anyone have a recipe for rose wine and a dry white.
I know i should look up all the recipes, but to be truthful, i'd rather go off a recomendation.........many thanks

Have a look at this most of us make white wine from orange juice. It can also be a base to make rose by using different juices. For dry wine just ferment it out so there is no residual sugar left.

Do the turbocider, you won't be disappointed. Even the ultra-simple version of just juice+yeast gives great results with about 3 weeks aging in the bottle.

Well been to home brew shop.......now have some cider on the go and some rose wine.....all made with juice.......OMG it was sooooooo easy to do............thansk again, :thumb:
