Well I’ve had my first fail…. Previous kit brews have been lager in bucket FV’s and turbo cider in DJ’s and the Lagers have been very drinkable.
This was in a Chubby PV, the brew looked a little darker than I expected from the begining and has just kept getter darker. FG is 1012, it stinks of vomit and burnt sugar and looks like brown ale.
On it’s way down the drain, gutted.
