Hi all,

I have recently brought myself a cornie keg and am eager to get using it bit I have a quick question, when do I put my beer into the keg?

From what I have read I think I just put the beer into the cornie following the original fermentation bin and use co2 to carbonate. If so, does the beer clear well in the cornie & do I need to keep it warm for 2 days then cool fo a couple of weeks?

I shall be very grateful for any comments.

Many thanks in advance,

Joe

10 days in the fermenter then keg and chill if you can. should drop clear in a couple of weeks. Gassing is dependant on what you are kegging there are quite a few threads on forced carbonation, read aleman's advice it is sound.
