Just to say hello and the info I've read on here has been very very very useful, especially the OMG - I don't want to screw my first brew up!, so thanks very much for that!! Even tho I put my yeast in boiling water, then shook the keg to dissolve the sugar in the 2nd fermentation!! all novice errors but to be fair the Muntons Gold IPA is going really well and very impressed with the taste already (and work like it too)
2 demijohns and some Champagne yeast ordered for my Cider im starting this w/e which I hope to have a little by xmas but waiting till March/April next year to be fully appreciated
Sure ill have some questions for you all soon, again thanks for the useful and knowledgeable people who give their time to help others out as its exciting and nerve racking!
