So... I'm on my first brew, and first ever bottling session. ..
I thought I was well preppared .... lots of sanitising, cleaning etc...etc...
I syphoned my brew into a second vessel, with priming sugar..... but on my first attempt at using a hammer-on crown capper I realised it's far too late, and noisy.
I have put the lid back on with an airlock and am seeking advice reassurance ? ...
Presuming it will start fermenting again... is it an utter fail? Can I leave it in the second vessel for another 24hrs, even though there is priming sugar in there?
Should I re-clean and sanitize my bottles tommorow ( if its ok to proceeed) ?
Thanks for Any Advice ....
