HI All, newbie here looking for some advice on a Woodfordes Wherry kit. I am on day 4 in FV with a constant temp of about 22 apart from today which has been a warm day. I followed the instructions and it started fermenting after about 24hrs. Today the airlock was only bubbling about every 20mins or so. I cracked the FV and checked the SG - about 1012/1010 found it a bit tricky reading the hydrometer. Stupidly I didnt take a starting reading but the wort smelled good but had lots of particles floating on top - is this unfermented yeast? After replacing the lid it started bubbling more frequently, have I disturbed it and will it cause a problem? The sample tasted good though! How much longer should i leave it before putting it in a keg?
