Hi all,
just registered a new member in Huntingdon, UK

I've been wanting to try homebrewing for a while now and after a recent layoff and reduced budget I have more time and less money so yesterday I started the process of fermenting my first beer kit (Coopers Real Ale), so I hope it turns out well!
I also intend to try a good Cider or Lager to get my other half on board but I will mainly be brewing beer/ale.

I just discovered this forum, so I hope you guys will be able to put me straight if it goes wrong!
I bought my first basic kit online but anyone know the nearest suppliers to me - I thought I saw one in Cambridge but can't remember where?

I don't think here's a dedicated homebew shop but you could try Wilkinsons or Cutlacks (both stock Youngs gear and basic kits)

Im not to far away from you, and to be honest there isnt any home brew shops around. I tend to use Matchless homebrew in Coalvile or get my supplys online.

Welcome......Adespade....if you don't have a homebrew shop on your doorstep just use the internet...start with the sponsors of the forum...very quick turnaround...(save fuel as well)
