I've just come across this while looking for an STC-1000 on ebay.
It appears to either heat OR cool but the interesting bit is that it switches 30 amps so could replace a PID and SSR for controlling an element.

The one switching circuit @ 30A would be great for the heating element control on an HLT. Nice find!

Thanks for that but I went for a slightly more expensive one (£15.99) thats in the UK so should be here quicker. Cheapest I found was £13.29.
