Hi there all you fantastic people dedicated to the art of zymurgy, my name is Eddie, i'm from a place called Ilkeston, or `Ilson by the locals.
New to this site so i'm looking forward to all the friendly interaction and advise you fine people have to offer, and hope to provide some constructive feedback in return.
I've brewed kits for ages and had some good results, not so long ago i made a few slightly wobbly steps up to the all grain experiance, had one epic fail that helped feed the veg in the garden, but now getting into the swing of it all. The wife had one of my brews made at a local micro-brewery for my 40th, it was quite strong at 6% and is more for Xmas, well chuffed with the results.
Any way, once i have the confidence, time, money, etc, the step up to some sort of RIMS/HERMS system would be nice, for me and the wife, as it would go out the kitchen and into the outhouse, ,no more sticky kitchen floor and "honest dear i did mop up". :nono:
