Hi all, a relative newbie to home brewing (did a rather successful 80pints of cider as a student - many moons ago!) tried to re-make the same last year and have ended up with a fantastic cider vinegar!

I've got a basic kit and I'm currently brewing a Cerveza (Wilko), but I'm looking at expanding my brewing this year, I'm hoping to mix up between shop / online bought kits and traditional methods, so I'm going to asking many questions no doubt!

My aim is to have a small micro-brewery by the time I'm 40 - I've only got 2 years to learn the art!

Shaun

Welcome to the forum
I'm just outside Llanon, if you're ever up this way there's a good brew shop in Aberaeron

Nice to see another one from South Wales here.

Welcome and I hope you will be wanting visitors once the micro is sorted
