Just joined and I hope to pick up some good tips.

I have started home brewing and winemaking again after a very long absence. My father died some while ago and I inherited all his beer making stuff which I did nothing with. Friends have bought me winemaking equipment and so I made a start with some kits, mainly from Wilkinsons. There is quite a good shop quite near to where I work which sells quality kits, which I am going to try.
I have had reasonable results but want to wean myself off computers and start to experiment with beer and wine a bit more.
