Hi Everybody

Dave from Manchester

never tried brew yet but I want to learn, try and practice

Excellent. What have you got planned for your first brew? You starting with a kit or going the full-monty with an all-grainer?

I think a kit until I get the process right and some experience and after a couple of years I want to be able to do it completely organic because I will be living in a forest in Lithuania and want to be completely organic for everything

Wise choice. When assembling your equipment, don't skimp on decent sanitiser and a reliable hydrometer and trial jar. I believe the stuff sold in Wilco is ok.
No need to go to Lithuania to be organic, it can be done in Manchester, too, I understand.

Welcome to the forum!
Nice to see another Mancunion 0n the forum, and you can indeed get all the basic kit you need from Wilco. If you are close to the Chorlton area there is a good home brew club - meets once a month
Cheers

I didn't know there were groups that meet up and talk about home brewing, thanks
