Welcome aboard Ant. I only joined up today and this site is fantastic! full of excellent info and people with lots of knowledge.

My only advice is learn from your mistakes! there will be plenty of them.. I had to mop up 5 pints of cider from the kitchen floor last night and transferring cider onto the barrel and left the tap open! only walked out of the room for 2 mins. Bad mistake! :drink:
