A friend of mine has a brewery but no means of tinkering with recipes, so the pilot brewery is going to be a way to solve that, for mutual benefit.

I don't think it's going up in the world, just taking a different direction, mainly because I fancied a new challenge, is all.

Until you get an even bigger ferementation fridge you could of course just put one conical in your fridge and use some temp tolerant yeast for the other?

My monster fridge isn't big enough. Just off to timber yard to get stuff for big enough chamber....

The one on the top is the Mash Tun, bottom right HLT, bottom left Copper. Big pump underneath to transfer it all about.

Now where's the fecking instruction manual.....
