The plan is one for a different blend of cider, I already have 2 of these tanks if you recall, and one for lagering my erm lager. As for the third one I'm not sure, maybe a mead or fill it with hops and use it for post primary fermentation. Recirculate a beer over a few kilos of hops for a week or two.....

Actually they are quite small, Phil has an 18 BBL kit ;)

Lol, yes there is a commercial brewery involved. As well as the main kit there's also my old homebrew kit. That's a more sensible 2.5 bbl setup.....
