Just goes to show what a little planning at the end of a brew can do.
10 Litres of Rose WoW on and a Better brew Export Lager on in 30 minutes.
Everything was cleaned sanitised and sprayed down with Starsan at the end of the last brew, all I had to do was give the FVs a quick wash and a spray with starsan while I put the kettle on, then while the sugar dissolved in the 2.5L cup of tea I put the juices into the FV and then sugary tea water on top, pectolase, nutrient and yeast in. Check temps, bang on 20. Done.
17L cold water into the FV, dissolved my DME in a kettle of boiling water then packet in rinsed with boiling water, check temps, spot on 22, aerate and pitch. Done.
Who said brew days take a long time?
Quite proud of myself for that lightning bit of work...
Somehow I don't think AG will be that quick...
