Live in Adelaide, South Australia. Originally Wales via Cambridge.
Have brewed on an off for about 10 years. Started because, baring Coopers, Ausi beer was too cold and in some cases insipid. Wanted taste of British ale.
Have just returned to brewing after an absence of a few years Initially using kits but want to progress to extracts.
Will not attempt full grain but maybe partial.
Due to the summer temperatures in Adelaide my brewing will be confined to the cooler months.
Am retired so have time available.
Hope to use the forum to learn and maybe ask questions when I need some help.
