Hi Everyone,

New member here from across the pond. Been brewing for three years now, lately it's been mostly partial mash ales, especially English-style ones (or as close as I can get without ever having tasted the real thing). The US homebrew forums are good, but I keep finding myself looking here for more specific info, so I decided it was time to finally get myself an account.
