Hi All,
New member from the Potteries here.
I'm a Stoke City Supporter for my sins and decided it would be far more appropriate to drown my sorrows in beer I've brewed myself.
I've brewed a few kits around 10 years ago and decided to get back into brewing. So far I've brewed the Bulldog Evil Cat and St Peters Plum Porter kits and both seem to be in a good place when I've sampled them so far.
Decided to dive headfirst into All Grain by getting a Brewzilla gen 4.1 from Malt Miller for Xmas so will shortly be attempting my first 'proper' brew and will be taking inspiration from recipes on the forum when deciding what to go for.
So far I like the sound of a Maris Otter/Cascade SMASH as I love grapefruity ales.
Thanks for having me and happy brewing
