Hi Folks,
Just joined the forum and am keen to pick the brains of some of your old hands out there when it comes to taking the step from using beer kits (mainly Muntons premium Gold) to full mash techniques. I am keen to start using quality organic ingredients and experiment with some other brewing techniques. I would really appreciate any advice about which techniques to start with and what basic equipment I should best start with. I 've done some reading and research I feel pretty confident of making the next step, although I will admit to being abit confused about some aspects of the mashing and sparging operations.
