Pleased to say it's already getting better! The sourness and twang has already disappeared. Just a lovely juicy smell and taste with a pleasant maltiness to it. Had it on Saturday after a few Brewdogs and it didn't disappoint in comparison. That's all you could wish for really in a kit!

Couldn't resist I put a bottle in the fridge earlier and I've just sampled it. Without doubt the best MJ kit I've done. Beautiful mango aroma, a crisp zesty carbonation on the tongue, a really full mouth feel. I'm more than happy with this and it will be even better in about a week or so. I'm very pleased I've got 20 500ml bottles and two 5 litre kegs of this Amber nectar!!

I'm going to try a bottle this afternoon for the first time. It's been bottle conditioning for exactly 12 months. Hoping it tastes good after all this time!
