Hi guys: new to the forum and just checking in
Been brewing beer since I was 14 and my mum brought home dented tins from Boots where she worked. Some 40 years later I've got a bit more adventurous and now brew anything from ales through to Belgium Trippels and wheat beers with my gravity fed plastic brewery.
Thinking about upgrading slightly: stainless steel is very pretty and I've had enough of splashing boiling liquids all over myself.
Toying with the idea of going into small scale production for my friends but am put off by the red tape.
Always keen to learn!
Neil
