Hi everyone, I've been around for a while but I'm more of a lurker than a poster.

I've turned to brewing beer as my new hobby - wife frowns upon golf days now we have kids :nono: - I've had reasonable success with making wine from my own grapes so thought beer would fill the gap in the year - I grow Goldings on the opposite side of the garden to the vines.

I had no idea how complicated it was... :shock: I think the Bright Shinny Things forum should be restricted to newbies too, it will be the death of me I'm sure!

It isn't that complicated, just sounds like it, once you've done a brew or two you'll see it's very straightforwards really :cheers:
