It all started when my wife got me a homebrew kit for Christmas 2014 with a Woodfords Wherry Kit. It was enough to catch the homebrew bug. I've progressed a bit since then having made a handful of AG batches, but still have loads to learn.

Due to my obsessive nature it seems I'm not satisfied with my level of experience and trying to fine tune what I'm doing to improve. Hoping to use this forum a lot and someday be able to offer as much advice back.
