I am fairly new to homebrewing, i have done maybe around 10 extract kits so I am pretty comfortable with all of the easy stuff and sanitisation and so on however i am now looking to getting into all grain. I am going to take advantage of Christmas this year and try and get some money/equipment together! I have been thinking about a kettle but i cant post a link to it! its a 32litre stainless steel with a built in tap and hops strainer for £65. I have seen a mash tun at my LHBS for around £30 which i may pick up to save me the build! I have watched and read alot about homebrew so i have a fairly decent basic knowledge of the process and am just looking forward to expanding my knowledge! Looking forward to meeting you all! :thumb:

Is that boiler a " tea urn " style boiler with built in element/thermostat and tap ?
If so lots of folk start off with them.
However 32/33 litre size will only allow small brews of say 19 litres to be made comfortably. 23 liter brews can be done but the boil over risk is great. Not good in the wifes kitchen !
Also the taps are not very robust and soon need replacing.

i still cant post links but its on the brew uk website under all grain equipment, if you have time i would appreciate to know what you think! and yeah i have heard about the dangers of boil overs but i have heard a cold water spray boil is the cure and i dont mind babysitting my brews snince im so keen atm!
