Has anyone used their Herms Rims system to try out the new fangled cooking techniques ala Heston Blumenthal yet.
I quite fancy popping a steak in a vac pac bag and doing it for a few hour at 56 deg C ish, then blow torching it to get a bit of charring & flavor on the outside.
It might be a new thing to try at the next barbecue! :grin:
