Hey guys,

Any recommendations on commercial yeasts to brew NEIPAs?

Wyeast London Ale III seems to be the most effective and used by commercial breweries in the UK, however it is expensive and out of stock from online suppliers most of the time.

Any alternative based on your experiences?

WLP4000, The Yeast Bay, I’ve had some good Neipas from it. But it’ll add a tenner to your costs.
