Hi all after my recent 1st extract brew (posted pix of it on here) I decided i want my own lil brewery .. and after searching all ur posts on here .....I have built a 8ftx7ft an 7ft high sloping roof Shed... now need ideas of wot to do inside .. I also have 6 x 50ltr blue barrels 3x tescos kettle elements ... tank connectors .. braided ss tube for filters... and lotsa other connectors and insulation .. so guess i can make hlt with sight tube and 1 element and bottom drain with split out valves to feed MT and im sure theres a reason to send more water to boiler.. mash tun with bottom drain ( and gonna get a pump so i can keeo it on 2 levels is this right ) and a boiler with 2 elements and mesh filter .. all with the normal tap valve exits thingys...
so wa thinking hlt up high in corner ,mash tun lower on left and boiler on right on same level a mt with a pump in between ... but how can i make things better.
how can i add a temp controller to hlt? wot is herms !! in easy talk and where would it fit in ?
I read so many posts and often convince myself thats the way too go then read more and end up chasing my tail. ... i dont wanna get this setup wrong i like to read listen then act.. iwould really like to hear any ideas on set ups (pls in easy to understand ways) .. and when i decide the best way to go im more than willing to photograph every aspect of the build and post it on here ..(hopefully as THBF's Group brewery setup)

hehe soz to babble on but i think ur input could help me and then with enough pix and drawings others too.. so ppl can see in pics how to build ur own AG brewery)

thanks 4 ur advice guys so far and in the future

Chris
