i've used young's a couple of times and got an attenuation range of 73 to 75% at 20'c. you're not far off now.

if the reading has been slowly dropping every day, it's still got some action left in it.

if however, it's been stuck on the current hydrometer reading for a couple of days now, i'd sanitise a plastic or metal long handled spoon (not wooden!!!) and give it a gentle stir, rousing the sediment at the bottom of the fermenter, and see how it goes for two more days.

general rule of thumb i work to is if it's had the same hydro reading for two days straight, it's either done... or stuck. so you've got to work out your current attenuation to figure out which one ;)
