Hi All,

First timer here and planning to start my first kit over the weekend (Bulldog Cortez Gold Mexican Cerveza) and have a second ready to go straight after (Bulldog Raja's Reward).

I've been avidly reading the forums for a couple of weeks to get some hints/tips and cant wait to get started! I've ordered both some brewers sugar and some carbonation drops to try both methods, and will be inheriting two 5ltr pressure barrels from my F-I-L which will be utilised for my first brew.

Can't wait to get started!
