finally got around to reposting on here, my WOW has finally finished fermenting and is now clearing nicely along with 2 other DJ's of wine, they all finished at around 0.995 so are all dry, but are been drunk faster than i can bottle them,

I managed to get hold of some old Tambour's with lockable roller shutters & Draws from work which were getting thrown away... A quick trip to wickes today for some 18mm MDF to make the shelves and this is how its looking now.. Getting there slowly
