Going into day 9 tomorrow and last 2 reading have both been 1013. ( OG was 1040 ) taste seems good and i seem to have a couple of inch band at the top of beer now that is getting very clear looking. Should i think about bottling now?
Well , day 10 and reading still same so bit the bullet and decided to bottle. Did a lot of searching and people seem to be split on the 1 or 2 carb drops per 500 ml debate, so rather than having 38 bottles of under carbed beer I plumped for the 2 drops and hope for the best. Will let yous know how it turns out, plan is for a taste test on xmas day :) Thanks for the help everyone. glad i found this forum :)
