Just wondering if anyone has tried this

The SG is now down to 1020 but it still tastes sweet(Quite lemony) to me and has been brewing for 2 weeks
I thought the sugar needs to be brewed out a bit more so added a little youngs super wine yeast  :?

Have I done the right thing?

How very odd, I was looking this up today and was going to ask the same thing!!!

You saved me a job, cheers

Oh good, Its not just me then :D

Come on wizened old brewers................any answers

Thanks for the reply

TBH it looked as if it finished which is why I added a bit of wine yeast :?

could it be sweet and still have an gravity of 1020?

Hello anyone

I did not like this but it was still young and I am hoping it will mature it..............er something ;)

Anyone know if it gets better/becomes drinkable with age

Don't think anyones interested but after 5 months aging still not nice - I've used some for damson cream so have to wait and see?

I would be interested to find out if anyone has had a different experience :hat:
