Hi all,

Has anyone made this recipe? I'm thinking of using this as my first NEIPA. I was going to buy a fermenting bucket with a spigot so I could close transfer to keg. Also I was going to add the first dry hop 2 days in,leave it for three days and then add the second in for the last two days. Will doing this lead to oxidisation though?Any advice would be greatly received!

BESTMALZ Pilsner (5000 grams)
Flaked Wheat (800 grams)
SIMPSONS MALT GOLDEN NAKED OATS® (650 grams)
Oat Husks (150 grams)
Cashmere Pellets (300 grams)
Imperial Yeast A38 Juice (1 packs)

Method
Beer Style (main): American Ales
Beer Style (sub): Juicy or Hazy India Pale Ale
Batch Size: 23
Original Gravity: 1063
Final Gravity: 1010
ABV %: 7.4
IBU:

THE MASH
Temperature °C: 65
Length (mins): 60
Out temp °C: 75
Out time (mins): 10

THE BOIL
Boil time (mins): 60

Additions and timing:

20.00 g Cashmere Pellet – Boil 30.0 min
20.00 g Cashmere Pellet – Boil 20.0 min
20.00 g Cashmere Pellet – Boil 10.0 min
40.00 g Cashmere Pellet – Boil 0.0 min

Secondary additions and timing:

100.00 g Cashmere Pellet – Dry Hop 5.0 Days
100.00 g Cashmere Pellet – Dry Hop 3.0 Days

Yeast: Imperial Juice
Fermentation temperature/steps: 20c until FG, estimate 10 days
 
I know a few have had problems with the malt miller neipa recipes. Not sure if it's this one. Personally I wouldn't be adding those hops during the boil

This. I would have thought all the hops would have been at flameout for a NEIPA
 
I thought the same . It does say you can add them at flameout for a hoppier beer. Do you by any chance have a better recipe,?
