Just moved the lager into another fv and added the finings :thumb: Had a quick taste : tastes good :thumb: goin to leave it for a few days bottle it then its time to sit back and wait. ad get another kit orderd
Managed to get nearly all of it out :thumb:
Is it a good idea to keep it cool now ?

It's a nice colour. What temperature have you been fermenting it at?

Im not really sure as the thermometer is broken i think it was around 22-24 :thumb:

I take it bad its not tasting good :sick:

its still full of yeast so it wont taste good lol .... leave it clear .. now ideally u need get it cold for the 'larger'in ' stage ... so get it as cold if u can (ie fridge) for a week or 2 !!!! if not put it out in a shed or similar for about a month then try again

Do i need to get it cold in the fv or get it cold in the bottles ? :
