Went to homebrew club on Sunday and ended up with half a kilo of Amarillo leaf. And 400g of topaz any ideas welcome.

That topaz would last you years as a bittering hop MyQul, can't be much goes into your pseudo lagers and bitters.

That's not a bad idea Sad. I did something similar with Citra a while ago that turned out quite good.
