I've had a few homebrews to chill out after a somewhat tense game and kinda thought I need to brew a beer to celebrate, unfortunately online shops don't shut so I have quite a few hops coming

I'm thinking strong with loads of hops, an American IIPA if you like, the following hops sound like they'd go well together.

N - NZ Pacifica (200g ordered)
C - Citra (200g ordered)
F - First Gold (100g ordered)
C - Cascade (180g in the freezer)

I also have 1kg of Cara(Carrow)Belge in stock so I think that should go in.

Pacifica and First Gold as copper hops then lots of late Citra and cascade?

Any suggestions are welcome, I'll work a bit more on the recipe when sober.

I've got an all citra apa with a fair amount of late hops, it doesn't smell like any form of cat's piss I've ever had the misfortune to smell.

As a few people use Chilli in beer why not use a few Mustard Seeds. As for hops you could use NELSON Sauvin as Nelson attended Norwich School and had many links with Norwich.

Hmmm, I bought 1.1kg of hops last night whilst in my good mood. I think I'll use those before I go back for any more!
