Naturally carbing a corny

Has anyone tried this. I don't have a free gas line for a few weeks so though I may try naturally carbing my NEIPA instead of the force roll method.
If so how much sugar did you use for a 19l corny as I've heard you use less than bottling. Any advice would be helpful as I need this brew carved by the 9th Aug

Yes I have done it, it worked fine although the first pint or so was cloudy. I don't remember the exact amount of sugar used but I googled it and used what ever was the suggested amount.

Make sure your beer is as clear as possible before putting it into the corny, excessive sediment/trub in the cornie can lead to the dip tube blocking. There will be some clouding at the start and end but as long as the amount of sediment is kept to a minimum when racking you should be fine, cleaning the lines regularly will need to be done to keep buildup starting.

Once you have kegged your beer you might have to give the corny a squirt of CO2 to force the lid up and make a proper seal
