MYO Sanitiser Rinse/No rinse?

Hi Guys, happy bank holiday/brew weekend!

Quick question
I am looking to bottle and 5l mini keg my Four Finger Jack APA today.
The only sanitiser I have is the MYO that I managed to pick up at the range (along with a dozen swing top bottles - at last I found some in stock!).
The sanitiser says “Do not rinse” on the tub. The video on their website says to rinse.
Do I rinse anyway just to be safe?

If anyone has used this and could help, that would be awesome!
This is only my second brew and first time bottling/mini kegging, so very much don’t want to **** it up by not checking with you seasoned pro’s here.

Never used It, but as a general rule if unsure just rinse, won't do any harm

That was my thinking..I just thought if anyone had used it and could save me a bit of time on bottling day!
