Hi guys, I’ve got a MYO ipa on the go, it’s abouts 9 days in and i added the hops (pellet) form a day ago, the instructions say bottle at 10 days or when fermentation finished, my concer is the hops have created a thick 1/2” crust over the top, do I try and scoop this off before bottling or just accept I’m going to get the last few bottles very mucky?
