My water report

Hi can any kind member look at my water report and give me the figures needed for the water treatment calculator. I thought i would be able to open the pdf at work but for some reason cant open on works pc and my home pc is fuc**d at the moment. If anyone willing send me your e-mail address via pm and ill e-mail the pdf from my work.
