This a very versitile recipe most of the ingredients can be changed for a more personal preference and taste.

750ml of Red, Rose,or White or even your favourite Wow variant.
1/2 an Orange thinly sliced, squeeze the juice from the other half into a jug or pitcher
1/2 a Lemon thinly sliced, squeeze the juice from the other half into a jug or pitcher
1 apple thinly sliced
2 tablespoons of lime juice or the juice from one fresh lime
60ml of Brandy or gin or rum
60ml of cointreau or any other orange flavoured liqueur
50g of sugar (optional) If mixing with Lemonade I wouldn't add the sugar.
750ml of sparkling water or lemonade.

Place all the ingredients into a large jug or pitcher, except for the sparkling water or lemonade, these are added as a personal preference or taste.

Chill the sangria in the fridge for a few hours

One part sparkling water/lemonade to one part sangria equals to around 7% abv.
