my stout is coming along nicely

my stout is nice but its not very carbonated , i primed 2 of the 500ml bottles with coopers drops and they where spot on, but the others i used 1/2 a tea spoon of brewing sugar. shall i use 3/4 of a tea spoon next time.

3/4tsp - thats quite a lot I'd expect priming with that amount would give you some big bubbles in the beer?
