My pot is too small....help

I have an extract recipe, and it instructs, for the quantities I should use 10l of water for my boil. My pot's total volume is 10l. Can I get around this? Use 2 pots or will I get away with using7-8l of water?

Yeah use 2. I used to do my first AG's with 2 big stock pots.

The simple option is two pots. One pot and less water would involve you guesstimating how much water would evaporate during boil of the water you didn't add, and then add the water you didn't add before minus the water that would have evaporated... :wha:
So stick with two pots is my advise too! :geek:

You'll get away with a smaller boil volume if you don't have two pots.
