Shiny SS Brew kit always gives me a nerd on. Are you passivating it?

Did they do the drilling? Of was it a DIY job?
we have nitric acid tanks at work so i think i should really. they cut and welded the flanges for me.

So were up to day three now. Day three being a write off as its raining. Booooo

The image hosting site is also being awkward so im having to upload images as attachments. Again crap.

So day one the timber arrived . The father in law came to help. Well to come clean its my idea but his design. Im doing all the work so hes supervising. Im incharge of the electrics. Weve made the shed as four panels. These are all butted up amd bolted together. All self explainitary. So by the end of tuesday all the panels were created and offered up. Half have been dpc. Starting thursday we will be removing the back panel and cladding it on the floor as theirs plenty of room. Then it will be the other two walls dpc. Then the roof joists. Then the roof. As you can see my little dog was never to far away , supervising and making sure im doing it properly. I also now have a plan of where all of the toys inside are going. Should look awesome!!!

Today will be day five.
We have put the final wall on. We also cut in the pain in the arse parts! All roof joists are located and the door fits!!! Weather dependant im hoping for the roof to go on tuesday. Youve got to remember this isnt an off the shelf bought item. Its a plan we made up and are building from scratch!

I bought platstic horse trough and fitted drain to that with u bend and then I can fit pushfit plastic drain to u bend out of area when I need to. Means drain is only there when I need it.

Are you going to insulate it? I built a shed and insulated all round, above the ceiling and below the (timber) floor - it was easy enough with Kingspan sheets and is surprisingly effective with just 50mm thickness.

Yes it will be insulated. Then a vapour barrier then dry lined then i will put white rock clean serface on it.

So weve made progress.
We added the roof. And i started wiring it internally.

Lots of bright white down lights. Lots of sockets. White tiled floor.

I started the panel aswell . Every thing was going so well. Then i broke part of the smartpid controller. In my defense the part is printed and you apply pressure so what do you expect.

I made up a bus bar for the box aswell. I was being impaicent and clouldnt wait.

The reason the control panel is a mess as i dont want to dress it all in beautiful then it be wrong ( this wouldnt happen) then have to undo it to make good. So ive just dabbed it all in for testing .
