Superb Matey ...the boys room !! I've got plans to do this sort of thing nearer the summer I wonder if i could get a pool table as well...umm that might be pushing it lol

the top is oak
i am a electrician and the tops came from a kitchen that we rewired
i just cut them down sanded them then yacht varnish they have come out a treat
i have just purchased a beer cooler with taps for 2 products
now just need the cornies
behind the bar there is a hole in the ground 1mx1mx1.2m deep for the cornies there is a chequer plate cover over it

ive been using it for a while now but just got round to taking a few piccies

it is great for bbq,s we use the room a lot as it saves messing up the house when we have the odd bb
 
it does keep them a bit cooler down there and out of the way
it has done quite a few parties this year so far
just hope i get in a few more
 
That is a cracking good job, I'm even more envious of your room, it's not your garage is it?
 
Looks great, I'm not envious at all ;)

I've got a log cabin in the garden I've put a free standing bar in with optics on the wall etc... but need to sort some cornies out now, that would finish it off, and looking at your bar has inspired me.. I'll get some pics up when I've tidied up after our last party..
