I've started drinking this tonight. It's been in the keg for about 3 weeks, my god it's good! A bit flat but it tastes great! :drink:

Head is a nice foamy white with a mix of bubble sizes that last only a few minutes. Nice light body and not too hoppy. Clarity is a little cloudy but not as cloudy as a leffe (maybe I'll ease up on the irish moss next time).

Successful brew considering it was my first ever AG! The next one is going into my corny keg!

Of course, here you go.. I halved it as I did 5 gallons. I also done only a 60 minute mash as I found the chap at the brew shop forgot to put my iodine in the box so I couldn't test it. I think personally it'd benefit from a 90 minute soak.

It's quite close, I'd say a little lighter on the pallet with regards to the taste but that maybe down to the mash timings? I'll certainly do this one again for the corny when this mild clone has gone. It's still very drinkable even when it's not cold.
