My first imperial stout - chocolate wafer

Hi guys,
i'm wanting to try to make a chocolate wafer imperial stout but having never made an imperial stout before wanted a second opinion on the recipe.
I had intended to do a 30min boil but am thinking 60min may be better.

My planned recipe is attached.

I'd get some brown malt in there for a real chocolatey flavour.

Sugar can be added directly to fermenter if you want.

I'm currently brewing his Black Meca stout. It's a pretty extreme brew: Black Mesa: Massive Chocolate and Vanilla Oatmeal Imperial Stout.
