this is my first attempt at the whole home brewing thing and im pretty excited. My boyfriend has been brewing beer so we thought I'd try making a wine, he was on hand to take photo's and help out :D

it's a 7 day wine kit so not sure how it'll turn out but hopefully it'll be drinkable. I'll keep you all updated on how it goes :D

Hi, you would be a lot better off with a smaller fermenter as there is a lot of airspace in there,a demi john would be ideal or a bucket of 5 lts or so.Hope it turns out ok for you :cheers: ken
 
Yea... lhbs was shut and we wanted to get the wine going for Christmas. Picking up a smaller jug for her tomorrow along with a bottling bucket for my beer :)
